Yes, but none of them are a black city council member who has little going for him but his mouth.
The NAACP is going to bat for him as he is a black politician.
If you review the minutes of the city council and listen to the recordings you will clearly see that this man will flat out not shut up.
"I represent the blacks in this community and you have no idea of what it is like to be black so I will speak for the black man of this community it is time that there is a voice of the black community in this community and that black voice is,,,,,,,,"
Everyone else just says their name and present or here at roll call.
Here is one man who can extend a 3 hour city council meeting to 7 hours.
And "Raice" was a play on words, race and rice, I could not come up with anything that had black or race and cotton in it. ;)
