Sorry, Rudy--it's done differently here. "Motorcycle" is an endorsement, not a class.

They look like wholly different licenses to me. Then again, the source looks like some slides from a PowerPoint presentation that don't go into any significant detail and it lacks a transcript of said presentation. The lack of information is causing some ambiguity, but I guess that's the point of using a crappy source (plenty of room to weasel around).

In TX, everything is an endorsement (As it was explained to me). Which is why one can have a driving record, but not ever having gotten their license (Ticketed for driving with no license).

So, no endorsements = not licensed. Then you get all your cool tags added (ie motorcycle, CDL, Hazmat, etc)

I am not sure of how to reply, I have no desire whatsoever to have sex with a man.
But the Associated General Contractors has me as being gay so I must be.
Now, to work on gay rights. ;)
The thing I do not understand is this, why is it that the Republicans are against gays yet they are the ones we see dressing up in cowboy and doing that broke mountain thing?
Gay construction workers? as Kinky Friedman says Why the hell not!
And to make this perfectly clear.
I see somebody getting run over by a bulldozer as an act of stupidity on the part of 2 people.
The machine can go no faster than a brisk walk giving the operator plenty of time to take action.
And how the hell can you miss this huge noisy machine?
Yet this type of accident is common, not that I consider it an accident.

I would fit into that category, except as one person pointed out, gay sex means sex!
And I like females as much as males, with no real desire for sex whatsoever.
But if that makes me gay, than I am gay.
After reading the AGC reports I am at the point to where I do not really care one way or the other.
