    A Classic Returns

    Remember the classic Commodore 64?

A new "mini" version of it is set to debut in 2018. Fully licensed, fully compatible, and preloaded with a bunch of games... and, of course BASIC.

I'd like to see an Atari "workstation" clone with old games onboard.

I still have my old Atari 800 around here somewhere. In those days I used the Atari 800 at homne and the PDP-11 & VAX-11/780 at university. I think I have a Commodore 64 used but in it's original box up in the attic somewhere. No idea if it still runs though.

These days you can get a free emulator for just about every old system. Not quite like having the original hardware but still a blast from the past.

Yea, I mess around on the emulators a little. My wife really wants the Nintendo unit, she used to play the games with her sons...

The joystick might fit... but the rest of it will never get in there.
