Remember, the USFL was kinda successful, until one of the team owners pushed the others to (a) move from the Spring to the Fall and go head-to-head with the NFL, and (b) sue the NFL over rights for stadium usage (rental). Honestly, my comment was aimed squarely at you trying to hijack my thread about baseball. Yeah, I know, nobody but Americans (North and Central), Dominicans, Japanese, Cubans and the oddball Canadian care about baseball but this site is based in the United States and the majority of its regular users are Americans.
