"People Who Don't Want Their Beliefs Laughed at Shouldn't Have Such Funny Beliefs" -AD5MB
"If someone tells you he believes in and talks to an invisible bunny named Harvey, you put him on medication and a regimen of therapy. If someone tells you he believes in and talks to God, well, that's perfectly acceptable. Why that's the case is impossible for me to fathom." - WP2XX

I used to do it a lot, but yeah, I echo exactly what Corey says. In fact, the last group I was a part of I got booted from when the leader found out I was friends with Corey. It was pretty funny. Actually, she didn't completely boot me from her group. I wasn't allowed to volunteer at her facility anymore but she still wanted me around, probably because I have more equipment, expertise and connections to commercial media than anyone in the area. I told her to go eff herself.

Well. I have my extreme doubts about paranormal activity but, to each his own and if its done scientifically without jumping to conclusions or without creating unfounded conspiracy theories i see no harm in it.
Personally however, I have had no paranormal activity that can not be explained scientifically. So I tend to have doubts.

Out of all the ghost shows on TV, I'll watch Ghost Hunters. They seem like they're on the up and up. The other shows have the exorcisms and the mediums (that talk to the spooks). Even the Ghost Hunters International is a little hokie, they're all the time saying "Did you hear that or did you see that" and never back it up. The Ghost Hunters debunk most of the claims that the client states happen.
When my son was three, he told us about an encounter with my grandmother/his great grandmother. The only time he was ever in contact with her was when he was 3 months old. He told us what she looked like, her name, and a phrase that she used to tell us little kids back in the '60s.
