1 LB hamburger (approx)
1/2 large onion
2 large garlic cloves
1 egg
1 piece of bread
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Mince garlic and onion, tear bread into cubes, and add these to the hamburger. Add egg and mix by hand. Add seasoning to desired taste. Form into balls and place in pan. Add olive oil and a small drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Set heat on medium and cover. Turn every 4-5 minutes until they are done.
Serve with your favorite pasta or by themselves.
