ARRL Hit by Cyber Attack -- LoTW Down

It's the ARRL. They're too arrogant to learn their lesson. "Regulation By Bandwidth" (2x) anyone?

When I said that perhaps they learned their lesson, I was referring to the people who use LoTW as their one and only copy of their logs, not the ARRL (although I hope the ARRL learns some lessons from this episode as well).
