So this guy in Iran, dubbed The World's Dirtiest Man, dies at 94, months after taking a bath. Seems like a nice guy.

In 2014, the Tehran Times reported that Haji would eat roadkill, smoke a pipe filled with animal excrement, and believed that cleanliness would make him ill.
I don't know if there's a moral to this story except perhaps the part where the villagers were kind to him. He did regularly take fire baths but due to emotional issues experienced as a child believed that soap and water would kill him.
