    Don't you mean Screaming Blue Meanies? Uncle Charlie in his infinite wisdom has been nibbling away at our spectrum in one blunder after another since... lemme see... 1959 when he gave one of our TVI bands to the Chicken Boogers. The other side of that coin is loads of AM Gangstas Chicken Division transmitters up to a full gallon dominating the band. Then 220-232MHz went bye bye, I heard UPS using it for a short time before it fell silent. Now the moneyed few get more spectrum that will again go mostly unused. Over, under, sideways, down... When will it end?
