    BFO kit

Just finished building this little BFO kit that I got on E Bay for $25. Use it with any receiver with 455 KC IF
to copy CW and SSB. I had it hooked up to my old Knight Star Roamer receiver and it works great.

    Phase Two:

Needs a Q-multiplier on the IF output...

No digital readout? I am disappoint.
You don't need a parachute to skydive. But you do need a parachute to skydive, twice.

What? Where's the product detector? (;->)

Oh BTW, you DON'T need a parachute to sky dive twice.

Are those things in normal everyday use?

One of these kits would have really cool back in my Ramsey kit building daze.
Recently I've been contemplating building a crystal set using one of those tuneable, commercially available, AM BCB loops for home stereos and portables. Air coupled to another loop and longwire antenna.

    Thanks for sharing, George.
