Unlike at least 275 other souls in the past decade alone, this schmuck (who was on a bender as part of a Stag party) was lucky... 9 of the 10 turbines in the dam were off (presumably for maintenance) which is the only reason he didn't get sucked underwater and died, either from drowning or going through a turbine.
With luck like this, he ought to be buying lottery tickets...
