Have an audio clip of the transmission?

Strangely enough, yes I do. For an amateur radio forum you think there'd be a way to attach an audio file. But I can't find it.
So, here we go:

I don't think, I know, so I'm telling you how it's done. First make sure the file isn't too large (check limits when attaching file) and zip it. Click on "go advanced", click on "manage attachments" and upload it, easy peasy. Please don't ask how I got the file and processed it for uploading, if I tell you then I'd have to shoot you.

Sounds like power supply noise to me.
Maybe. I'm wondering if it shows up on other frequencies. In other words, multiple spots.
Also wondering if it "crawls" slowly in frequency over time.

This has been at 7.042 MHz for at least two weeks. I watched what I assume to be a QSO this afternoon trying to tape a good sample, but I kept missing the start tone and the audio tape with the end tone and a couple of back and forths came in at around 10 MB in length and I chose not to burn that much satellite time.
