    Ham Friend... Grrrrr.....

    Grrrr.....

    My ham friend sets up for WSPR. Configs cat, VAC, and WSJT-X.

    Calls me while I'm sleeping: no decode.

    "Can you pop into my computer and take a look" he asks.

    Moral of story: 35 year ham sets up WSPR perfectly- but leaves automatic notch filter on.

    Grrrr.

    The flip side of this is leaving the f%$^@$ing speech processor on when transmitting AFSK digi-modes.

    With his setup he can't make that mistake... when PSDR goes into digital USB mode it turns off any processing or EQ.

    Maybe he'll find a way?
