FYI on CB legal is anything you can get away with. Since the FCC turned its back and walked away when they dropped the license requirement in the 1970s everything became legal, even taking over federal and government assignments and calling it freeband.
Oh, and if you really want to piss them off do your AM Gangsta shit on 38, the SSB channel. MUAHAHAHAHAAAaaaaaaa.
