    Wink NVIS mobile

    OK, I remember seeing some sort of rectangular antenna setup upon an SS half track while watching the Hitler (history) channel & it got me thinking. It also reminded me of a cover story in CQ a couple years ago of a guy near Seattle who put up a magnetic loop in his shack using 4-6" diameter tubing. This guy wonders if any of my fellow beach goers have experimented with such an arrangement, or know where to investigate said concept. No, I don't have a half track, just a Nissan pu and a canopy (not a can of pee). Thanks ahead of time.
