This gentleman was working on a server when an unused extension (belonging to a recently terminated employee) rang. It was the Windows Support scam.
He recorded the whole conversation. It's about 11 minutes long. Hilarious! Especially the second half.

I get one every month or so and I lead them on as long as I can. The last one was a female and she was getting frustrated with my demonstrated lack of windows skills. She finally asked me to read back to her what version of windows I was using. I replied UBUNT. "click".

Last time one of those guys called here, I just asked "Is that you, Sanjay?" He replied "Who is this??", then hung up immediately.
