Hello
I'm Matt ,, Love the FT-101's have about four of them. Two i use in my shack one i use as a test radio and the other is just a floater has not really got a place yet. It's not for sale it's just one i picked up at a hamfest earlier this year, still working on it so far found a few bad resistors in it.
Interested in chatting with folks that share the same passion about these old great radio's .
looking to broaden my knowledge on them, and any hints on troubleshooting known issues is always a good thing.
And if you have one of these old radios and need help , I would be glad to try and help you figure out your radios problem.
I do know the extender boards are almost a must if you're serious about working on these types of radios, I found that out the hard way, that's another story. lol
