Getting into a war of medical conditions with 75-meter denizens can be dangerous. The one-upmanship will continue until you're getting yelled at by a pair of kidneys and a big toe dating back to 1927.I sent him a message and let him know it was on it's way, and why I am late and this guys goes nutso about how he is a disabled vet, has diabetes, and medical problems are not a good enough excuse.

Things turned out pretty well in the end.
I sent this ham, who is WB4QBD an email and we discussed things. As it turns out, he IS a really nice guy. He received his Panadapter/bandscope this morning, set it up and sent me back my money. He also left me this feedback:

The best way is to upload it to a photo sharing site like Photobucket or Imgur then put in a URL link. When you try to do an attachment, it always comes out too small to read.
