I have no idea. It's just this little guy that has been perching on top of the pine tree next to the pool at my apartment. I tossed a rainbow overlay on the original photo.... I'll post the original and perhaps maybe you might be able to tell me

Hard to tell for sure from that photo but it looks like it might be a Broad-tailed Hummingbird, Selasphorus platycercus.
