The humor got lost in the science for me!
Galileo proved that objects fall at the same rate regardless of the weigh.
I'm watching the clip and I'm wondering, if the weight doesn't matter, why is one tire faster than another and why are the tires landing at difference distances?
As far as speed was concerned, "rolling resistance" or coefficient of friction between the surface and the tire (after it stopped wobbling and started rolling straight) made the difference. Wind resistance made a difference when it came down to distance, the fatter tire had more wind drag.
It appears that the huge truck was too heavy for the ramp structure which broke under it's weight but, appeared to travel farther than the tires projected up by the angle of the ramp.
The guys in the white coats could really use that ramp to design some really efficient tires if they tried.
