That probably says a lot about me, and why I enjoy this place, too; but I digress.

So far, the only networks carrying the new show are ITV and CITV, neither of which I get. The new series started last month, and evidently they are scheduled to be in production through 2017. I'd love to see how it compares to the old shows. Rosamund Pike is the voice of Lady Penelope, so it has that going for it anyway.

Anybody had a chance to see any of these somewhere yet?
Since you are old, and don't appreciate The Flinstones like I do, eat your cheese.

Go easy on Eddie. He doesn't appreciate the Flintstones because he remembers that era himself.
All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.

I still know how to milk a few more comments from a dead thread.

This thread is quite interesting, considering that I have no clue as to what you're talking about.

Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble were tobacco advertising celebrities.
