I don't smoke, but for one of the halfs I'm doing this year, there's a free postrace beer garden for all the finishers.

My resting heart rate is typically somewhere in the mid-50s*, so I figure on average I'm good.

Very cool. I've never really gotten into biking, and I'm a terribly slow swimmer, so tris are sort of out of the question :yum:

Good luck! I'm going to aim for a 100 mile first month too, but I don't think it's happening in April. We're forecasting snow this weekend lol

Tar Heel Ten Miler this morning near UNC...four minutes slower than my PR. Absolutely, hideously humid, ran into IT band issues at mile 8 and drank way too much water.

Going to foam roll the crap out of my knee later. Still on pace for the hundred, but not without some rehab, lulz

    Last week, 12ish miles in...

Just booked the hotel for the 'thon on October. And signed up for a 20-miler in New England. In February.

I'd do a marathon if I could find one that takes walkers. Been getting my lazy up and walking about lately. Broke a mile walk today for the 1st time.
