    That's outstanding! Everytime you hit one of those mile marks, it feels the same way :) And, to boot, you'll keep getting faster.

    It got even better the other day. Walked today but stiff and sore. Still very heavy so I'm feeling it in my hip joints.

    Most of the longer races have 15min/mile cutoffs, but I'd look into 5Ks that may offer a run/walk setup. They're typically more accommodating for walkers.

    Believe me, having a crowd helps.
