    Christmas Tree

Here is a picture of our Christmas Tree. Took me 3 hours of work to put it up only to have the red lights to go out. Son-in-law is going to put the train set and village under it this weekend (He's working night turn this week) You can't tell from the picture, but it is on a platform.

I had a train set under ours once.My wife had an office X-mas party here and they wrecked it. I cried, put it away and never brought it out again. I was going to ask if you are a white x-mas light man. I've always used multi-color lights but my wife thinks they look garish. We had to compromise. White lights on the X-mas tree and I get to put colored lights up outside.

Beautiful tree. Reminds me of the Christmases when I was a kid.

I always do my lights red, white, and blue. Maybe when my son-in-law comes over, I have a gizmo that I track down a burned out lights. If that don't work we will take it apart and add red lights. As far as the train I have to have one under it my kids and grand kids are use to having one.

Some new LED lights that are not rectified and filtered somewhat bother the hell out of me. The 700 of them on my tree at home seem to do ok if you look straight at them and they are not moving. But when I was putting them on, good lord it was giving me a headache.

    But they are pretty!

Once again we put up our little four foot fake tree. I prefer white lights as well, but this year I was overruled by the kids, who did most of the decorating work. My youngest made a weeping angel tree topper.

Both my son and me cannot be bothered to do anything for Xmas including putting up lights or a tree.
Have an artificial one in the attic with lights etc, but it'll stay there for the time being.
