    Little Help

Does anyone have access to an old Motorola HEP transistor data book? It's about the only one I don't have, or can't find.

I need information on a HEP S3037 RF amplifier. It's in a 211-10 package, which is usually used for VHF into UHF. However, I have seen high power devices in this package in HF thru 50 Mc. (MRF463)IMG_3728.jpg

Any useful information would be greatly appreciated. Even un-useful information will be somewhat appreciated.

Did you try Googling "hep s3037 datasheet"? I've found a lot of component info that way.

All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.

What little I could find comes from this: http://www.datasheetarchive.com/dlma...880000-268.pdf

Looks like it's limited to 30Mhz.

Yes, I've Googled my brains out with very little success. Thanks Jim, but I did find that, and one other place that had basically the same data. What I need is either a full data sheet, or a good 2n, MRF, or other number that it would cross to.

    Thanks guys.

I liked it better when you were in Minnesota, and had no contact with the outside world.
