Wait a minute. A few years back, I posted a historical account of some monks who saw a lunar impact event without visual aid. It's a pretty well known account. I was told then that it couldn't have happened as there was no way that you could see the impact event with the unaided eye.
Debunked? I think not.

The file name translated from Spanish is "extraterrestrial structures", not giant alien penises. NASA isn't the only one to take pictures of the moon from spacecraft but the Russians don't smudge pictures they release like this tall structure looking rather familiar in an alien sort of way.
Using a strong telephoto lens they got this one of an actual alien setting up some sort of device with what appears to be a bug shaped spacecraft on the horizon. It has a strange resemblance to the Starbug in the BBC sci-fi series Red Dwarf... hmmm.
