Uh Huh, What Love?
Sad to hear this. I have seen him in numerous movies, TV shows including the Twilight Zone, Superman & others. But of course he became famous for his role as "The Professor"... the logical thinking, level headed guy who apparently had a degree and expertise in every suubject known to man. Without The Professor and his knowledge and innovative skills the Islanders would not have managed as well as they did.
I keep my 2 feet on the ground, and my head in the twilight zone.
As smart as he was, it wasn't smart enough to realize that Mary Ann was hot for him, though. Poor bastid.
All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.
My current radio was built by The Professor out of palm tree parts, and sand.

Wasn't smart enough to fix a leaky boat, either. This was a major WTF for me watching the show as a kid. I also remember him from some cowboy gigs as well as the SciFi stuff.
He was a good actor, but he got typecast with the Gilligan Gig.

Okay... I ask the eternal question that seems to have defied an answer for decades.... Ginger or Mary Anne ? Or both ?? Perhaps, on the island, Ginger and mary Anne were content with one another.
