I was on 28.145 MHz and heard one guy transmit his call sign (I think) after I was done. Phew that is all the Morse Code I can handle.

Sigh. I really wanted to try this. No time for ham radio schedules. :(
Even had a sound file all prepared so I could launch it remotely from work, but we had a problem, Houston.
Had to stay late at work for a big project, couldn't get away for the few minutes needed to launch it all.
I did get on 20 and 75 meters at sunset for a couple of hours and enjoyed some ragchewing.
