Okay, the first thread was about TV aliens from a series (which is why Klaatu/Gort and Marvin the Martian weren't in it).
This is about MOVIE aliens.
Spock (Star Trek Movie Series)
Klaatu/Gort (The Day the Earth Stood Still)
Children (Village/Children of the Damned)
Shapeshifter (Amanda and the Alien)
Reptile (Alien Movie Series)
Starman (Starman)
Zaphod Beeblebrox (HHGTTG)
Dark Helmet (Spaceballs)

I'm not sure I'd have put Zaphod Beeblebrox on this list. The film version of HHG2TG, well, sucked bilge water. The old BBC series (was it a dozen episodes?), essentially a mini-series, was MUCH superior.
So he's on the wrong list.
