Here is one version of the tune that most young players want to learn if they are interested in Jaco.

Here is an amusing one watch a guitar player mod a perfectly good Maccaferri (Django Reinhardt) style guitar by adding a Floyd Rose Tremolo to it. Here him and two other play some Hotclub style music while he drills pilot hole into the instrument, funny really
Check out his other non humorous videos, he's good :)

That was cool as hell. I have thought about trying to mod one of my less expensive acoustics to put a tremolo on it. It seems as you would have to install some sort of reinforcement to the underside of the wood.. I'm betting thats why they made the hole in the backside, to install reinforcement.

Yeah plus there are a set of springs that return the tuning to the normal position. I have had these locking tremolo units on instruments I have owned. After a while you need to replace the springs as the instrument can start to out of tune when you strum to hard, when they get worn out. They had to do some sort of bracing just to hold the tremolo in place, nah you can't just cut a hole that for sure... :)
The video is very simplified and might show half the actual work. But then it wasn't a howto just a fun video to entertain you while you listened. More amusing then watching someone sit there, right :)
