Set Your Head on Fire (I'd rather have posted Love in Your Head, but there's no Vid for it)
I've played all these on the show. No, they're not all good, but a surprising number of the new groups are very good and aren't getting a chance. Since I started, I've heard 3 or 4 songs making the charts so, someone's listening.

Glad you like it George. I've been into new rock for years, but this years crop is really good.
More Black Box Revelation... LOVE, LOVE IS ON MY MIND

Graveyard Girls is a bit more goth and over the top dripping with Teen Angst, but has a great sound.

Warning! Girls on Skates and Teen Angst Combine in a Video.
CHANGED NSFW! (one scene that wasn't in the earlier vid I saw).
Lyrics:
Kim and Jessie
They have a secret world in the twilight
Kids outside worlds
They are crazy about romance and illusion
Somebody lurks in the shadows
Somebody whispers
Somebody lurks in the shadows
Yeah yeah yeah
Dream dressed in blue
It’s all they need for now
And forever
Chased by the moon
They shatter their whole peace
With singing
Somebody lurks in the shadows
Somebody whispers
Somebody lurks in the shadows
Yeah yeah yeah
So we can drown our towns with voices
So possible to like it as one
And soon they’ll be flying
Say “of course,” say “you’re lovely”

Makes you wonder how many thousands of young musicians there are out there , all trying to make it to the big time.
Once I get established there (close to that now), I'm going to put out the word in the colleges here. If they can produce a decent CD (sounds professional) and it clears with my program director, I'll be glad to give them airplay. Seems to be working so far. 4 or 5 songs I've been playing have gotten some kind of recognition in the last month and are on Rock stations here now.Originally Posted by w2amr
This is Graveyard Girl. Talk about Teen Angst and the Goth nightmare. I don't play it because it's a bit too suicidal but it has a great sound too.
The vid shows a happy ending, but it's not apparent in the song when you listen to it on the radio.
