A Scientist Looks at UFOs, ET, and Alien Abductions.

"Scientists look away because it's very uncomfortable to them." -- Don Donderi, PhD.

Don Crosbie Donderi, PhD, a scientist who studies human vision and memory, looks at the UFO evidence and concludes that

    • Some UFOs are extraterrestrial vehicles
    • Some ET vehicles have ET crews
    • Some ET crews “catch and release” humans: they study us.

    Donderi explains that:

    • Psychologists know why most scientists and governments reject or ignore the UFO evidence
    • Much of what you read about UFOs from official sources is wrong or incomplete
    • The public needs reliable UFO information for an intelligent discussion about the impact of extraterrestrial contact.

Whoever you are, wherever you went to school and whatever you thought you knew about UFOs, this book presents facts that will challenge your understanding of the universe.

    About the author:

Don Donderi began his professional career as a research psychologist with IBM where he helped to develop radar navigation displays for the B-52 bomber. He entered the University of Chicago at 15 and graduated with a B.A. at 18 and a B.Sc. in biological psychology at 21. After graduating from Cornell University with a PhD in experimental psychology he joined the Faculty of Science of McGill University, where he taught undergraduate psychology, trained PhD students and served as Associate Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research. He has written over one hundred basic research papers and technical reports dealing with the science of human visual perception and memory, co-authored one textbook and edited another.

ETs are easy to spot. I saw a documentary about it. They have cone shaped heads, consume mass quantities, and know how to narftle the garthok.

The original Art Bell wannabee. Even Art sucks the last few times I heard him. Ever since he left Pahrump and went to the Philippines for awhile, he just never seemed to be the same. I don't even listen to any of the any more.

Is he a scientist? Just because he's a retired Professor (Piled Higher & Deeper) type doesn't make him one.

Every link I can find on this guy is related to the book he's peddling. I can't find anything about his CV at all, beyond the fact that he's a Canadian which is suspicious in and of itself. Probably spends all this time hopped up on back bacon and maple syrup, just like Gerry.

In any case, just because one "scientist" thinks that UFOs are really of extraterrestrial origin (assuming he really does believe it and is not merely trying to make a buck off his book) does not mean it's a fact.
All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.

UFO 'scientists' can't tell their asses from an asteroid. They are amazingly easy to fool, and conscript with little effort if the 'phenomenon' fulfills some facet of their theories or "proofs" and furthers their public or publication agendas. Never try to discredit an 'authenticated encounter'--even if it is a complete fraud and the proof for that exists. Take out one or two big ones, and the remainder come falling down as well.

Another nut bag, and this one is not even worthy of putting on the tinfoil hat for...

Patrick, are you implying that a highly recognized, professional, researcher & educator like Erich von Daniken is actually... a fraud?

    Perish the thought.

And I am shocked! Shocked to find gambling going on within this establishement... my winnings? Oh, thank you...

While I am a fan of the premise of intelligent life "out there", this is about selling books.

I'd rather buy a book by Bill O'Reilly. Uhhhhhh No.
