Mangled translations from overseas.
I see Rupert Junior's been there.
Mangled Engrish.

The city started putting the teen pregnancy prevention ads in the subway. Problem is, it's right next to the slip and fall lawyer ads, including one that advertises divorce..
I keep my 2 feet on the ground, and my head in the twilight zone.

Both are widely available. Teens still get pregnant.
The morning after pill isn't 100% effective, or even close to it. Condoms? Eh, a lot of people skip them because it's not as good. Besides, they can burst.
Besides, teens think they're invincible. They think they can pull out and escape getting pregnant. They may get away with it for a while then one time either get too caught up in the moment or simply forget.
But scaring the shit out of them with a good dose of reality can help. It won't help everyone but it will make some people stop and think. I nearly burned my hand off as a teen trying to make homemade fireworks. Don't do that anymore. Now I only do it safely, and even got a pyorotechnics license a few years back (I haven't kept it up, lost interest).
Parents should be the decider if their kids get the morning after pill. The state shouldn't be the first line of defense in raising a child.
