I don't recall seeing any PDF files for any of their stuff online, but Tucker seemed to be about the only one that has any available. You might want to see if there are any kind of Yahoo groups for older test equipment, or for TRI specifically. Perhaps someone there can help you out. Seems like there is a Yahoo group for just about everything, any more.
