I first went to Carlisle in 1988, and know that town like the back of my hand (almost)...its actually getting a little Walmart/Ghetto/truck depot-ish these days. I worked Argentina SSB QRP on 10m using Ron's old Ten Tec Argonaut 505. That's five watts. If you can't work Argentina on 20m with 100 watts, there's something wrong with your antenna.
