Don't tell anybody but it's theorized that an Earth-sized diamond lies at the heart of Jupiter. For that matter, such a core can be found inside any gas giant planet of similar composition.

All we need to extract it is to steer a quantum black hole into close orbit then let gravity do the job of stripping off the outer planetary layers.

Then collapse the black hole without blinking our galaxy out of existence.
