Most model airplane engines are 2 stroke Diesel but what the hell was he using for fuel, 30W crank case oil? Most fuels are basically a mixture of castor oil, methanol and nitromethane, certainly not standard Diesel which is #2 oil with cetane anti-knock additive and a few others in winter to keep it free flowing at low temperatures. That's fine for big engines but anything that heavy will choke a small 2 stroker. Yeah, he lost control several times and took a long time to figure out how to recover so bottom line is he needs pilot training. Maybe potty training before the plane shits the bed.
"Moe Powah!"
All it takes is a tool and a wrench.
