    Say what!? Craig's List Ad

A copy and paste of the full text of an ad currently running on the San Diego Craig's List:

    ham radio 30mhz - $400 (north)
needs antenna tuner and load variables 1000w pep1400w

Any guesses as to what the fuck this guy is selling?

    Direct link here.

All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.

    11M amplifier "in progress".

Probably an SB-220 or similar that was in the middle of a conperversion project. Said project was abruptly halted for whatever reason.

"Looks like a radio that works st 0.03Hz."

That would be 30mHz and well below the delta wave range (0.5-4Hz) that occurs during deep sleep. Cerebral activity of a ham operator on crack would be in the beta (14-30Hz) range so my diagnosis is a crack operator on ham, in layman's terms a plumber on lunch break. On the other hand it could be an auto mechanic with a sense of humor.
