Three months after a runaway pony and zebra caused a stir on Staten Island, another wayward barnyard animal is making headlines in NYC -- this time in Brooklyn. A stray goat was spotted in the parking lot of Brooklyn's Interfaith Medical Center in Crown Heights Thursday morning,
according to a report by WCBS New York, citing Long Island affiliate WLNY.
Six police officers chased the animal and caught up with it about a mile away to another parking lot. But they were in luck. The attendant was a West African native who was -- believe it or not -- a goat herder in his native country, according to the report.
