Across the little inlet type thing, there seems to be a public jetty that has some fishermen on it. Don't think i got much of that in the video. There's also a yacht marina beyond that as well.

That might be a factor here too Cor. NOAA is already warning of an El Niňo summer possibly even winter. We tend to get very hot and stormy in the Eastern US when that happens.

Here, El Nino gets Sherriff Joe and the boys very excited. They think it's just another illegal that needs to be busted.
