    Hot? HOT? Out here I step into the furnace just to cool off.

    Today it only got to 86 US, 30 Canadian. Very cloudy and some wind. However, the record high for this date was 97 US, 36.11111111111111111111 Canadian. We hit that one in 2007, so the earth is going through a cooling trend. I would imagine at this rate, we'll have lot's of snow in the next few years. I hope it's a dry snow.

    Rough estimate, works at normal ambient temps but is way off at extreme highs or lows:

    °C x 2 + 32= °F

    After highs in the nineties this weekend, by the end of next week it's going to get cold here as well. Why, it won't even hit 80°F by Wednesday.

    Yikes!! It appears the polar vortex is going to hit with a vengeance! :shock:
