This month will be added to the other 10 too warm months as it is progressing now.
Our winter lovers here were all up in arms when the first night frost was predicted for next week, but that is off the charts again, westerly winds and 10 C now.
Last winter we didn't have one day with temperatures below 0 unique here at 53 degrees N...good for the heating bill.
It's 18.2 C in the house no heating on.

41°F (5°C) as I type. 71°F (22°C) by this afternoon.
This area seldom gets either extremely hot or extremely cold but the daily temperature swings during the autumn months are pretty amazing.

I had to put on a light jacket this morning on the way to the car and then run the HEATER (set at 75 degrees) all the way to work!!! BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!
All day, Key West was only 20ºF (11ºC) warmer than EM84ru.

By Christmas it will probably be mild as heck and all that snow in Buffalo will probably be melted. This is just an early season fluke. Winter cold and snow in these parts doesn't really begin until late December or January.
