I heard the bloviated balloon making this rant. Apparently Oxycontin Fatso doesn't understand that global climate and regional weather are two different things. Or more likely he does understand it but wants to intentionally mislead the uneducated fools who comprise his audience. Secondly, the term "polar vortex" is anything but new. It has been known of and used by meteorologists and climatologists for ages. However, i doubt that Oxycontin fatso (aka "The Ballooon") is aware of that. BTW when it comes to weather notice these talking heads like Oxycontin Fatso who deny climate change only seem to notice cold weather. But they conveniently never notice long protracted record breaking heatwaves and droughts.
