It’s been dry and (relatively) cold here this winter, with no rain expected before next weekend and then maybe only a half-inch or less.

We’re in an El Niño year, FFS, it’s supposed to be wet.
All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.

Massive amount of rain as well as much as 300 mm on the west coast of the Island. Yee Haw this Climate change thing we brought on ourselves is just Rad

After having a futton of rain earlier in the week and getting all our rain for the whole month, we are again having a futton of rain.

How many futtons are there to a shitload of rain, that's what we are up to now with our "atmospheric river".

It depends on whether they’re metric futtons or imperial futtons.

Big rain is supposed to hit here again by Thursday. Should be exciting, after last week's floods.

    Damp.

Almost 3" of rain over the course of the storm. Keep in mind that the average yearly rainfall for this place is 10".
