N1LAF not laffing! We're getting buried here in Lakewood, a freezing 20F with wind north at 9mph. It only gets worse, snow stops tonight BUT the bottom falls out of the thermometer @ 9F. I have nothing to complain about, Alaskans have a saying, "-20 is a warm day, -40 is cold, and -60 is DAMN cold.".

It happens but in the mountains it has become somewhat prolonged.
We need to take road maintenance more seriously but we're still stuck in, "Oh, it only happens once a year here if that much" way of thinking.

City of Pittsburgh needs to take road maintenance more seriously. Especially bridge maintenance.
