Speaking of the weather, looks as if we're finally going to get some this winter (emphasis mine):

FRIDAY AFTERNOON...WHICH IS ANOTHER REASON THAT FLASH FLOODING WILL
BE LIKELY. HOWEVER...THERE IS ENOUGH SHEAR IN THE LOW
LEVELS...MODEST CAPES AND LIS AS WELL AS THE DIVERGENCE ALOFT. FOR
THIS REASON...THINK THAT WATER SPOUTS AND AN ISOLATED TORNADO CANNOT
BE RULED OUT ALONG WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING.
