    I've had cats. I've had dogs. I've even had cats and a dog at the same time.

    Right now, it's just this:

    I do not have any cats, never have. I have had 3 dogs and a budgie. Currently no pets in the house.

    Now I have nothing against cats. ( I think they make great pets if they are in a barn killing mice
    )
    But for the life of me I can not understand why hams would let their cats crawl all over their equipment? I think cat hair is not a good thing for radio equipment.

    Many heavy smoker hams feel exactly as you do.
