Cats Must be Made Out of Some Tough Shit

There was this feral tomcat that use to stop around every night and I'd feed him lunchmeat ends and scraps. One day last spring he showed up really badly torn up. He kept showing up but he was looking worse and worse and he wouldn't let anybody near him. About 6 months ago he disappeared and I figured for sure he had died.

I walked out on the porch a couple of minutes ago and guess who was there and looking pretty good,,,,,

He's out there now having a feast of lunch meat and sausage :)

Good deal. Keep some cat food around for when he comes by. He will love you.

Took me 18 months to get close enough to the neighborhood feral tom to scoop him up and get him to the vet.

A couple thou$and worth of fix-em-up later, he's the best companion one could ask for. I think ferals appreciate what is done for them more than any other cat.

I have one now. She doesn't have a tail, and walks a bit crooked, but she is stuck to me like glue.

And he was back again tonight just like clockwork. I gave him a bowl of dry Friskies, and we shared some pepperoni. He'll take the pepperoni from my hand but he backs off a bit to eat it. I wish I could get hold of him for long enough to treat him with Frontline for fleas
