Unreal... There is a woman on U Tube who insists that HAARP isd causing her house to vibrate and shift and is affecting everything from her toothpaste to her lawn sprinkler. I think she also insists that many tress are not trees by cellular devices that work in conjunction with HAARP. Perhaps she has submitted her comments to the FCC too.
