Encrypt everything. Even if you have nothing to hide. It increases the noise floor.
I used to enjoy TV from the Great White North when I worked in Fargo, Bismarck, and such. I remember a private detective show called "Seeing Things" that was a hoot, eh?

Yeah, but in Canada (at least in Montrèal) they have full frontal nudity after 10PM. That's why there are so many deep fringe LPDA antennas pointed north at Rouses Point, NY.
